We recommend that you log into your account to show prices that include the relevant Tax for your country. UK prices will include VAT at 20%, apart from books which are zero rated. The final amount due will be shown on your order confirmation - shopping cart summary. If you are outside of the UK please contact us as our site is mainly set up for UK sales,
Goods can be ordered via our online store. Or alternatively we are happy to accept orders by post, fax or telephone. The placing of an order is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Please note that our website does not show quantities of products held on stock, however every effort is made to hold sufficient stock to fulfil your order. We do now include more information on stock levels linked to our actual stock - this is updated on a weekly basis so will be reasonably accurate, some items that are out of stock will be hidden from view if new stock is going to be longer than 2-3 weeks.
We will, of course, endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We will contact you if any item is out of stock informing you of the expected delivery date, if known, for your items. If there are any alternatives that are available we will notify you at the same time.
We use Royal Mail postal services, delivery timescale from 1-4 days depending on service, for orders weighing less than 2kg, over this weight we use DPD standard delivery services, which usually take 1 working day to be delivered to a UK address
Overseas customers will be charged postage at cost - either using Royal Mail International Services or International parcel Services depending on the size and value of the order. The system will automatically generate a postage cost but this may be subject to change depending on the weight of the items ordered - please feel free to contact us for a quote.
As the UK has now left the EU - deliveries to Europe may have to pay tariffs and or customs charges upon receipt of goods - these are the responsibility of the receiver to pay.
Cancellation of order, refunds and replacement of goods
As orders are usually sent out the same day we receive your order, should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately by telephone. If after you have received your order and you wish to return any or all of the goods, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify the situation without delay. On all occasions you should retain the original packing that your order arrived in, until we inform you otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed. To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to us personally, or we can arrange collection - please note a collection charge may apply. Privacy and Data Protection
All information gathered from customer orders or enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and also inline with the new GDPR regulations. It is not our policy to offer or sell any information gathered from our mail order activities to any third parties.
If you would like to receive email newsletters from us you will need to subscribe to this service - you will have the option to unsubscribe at any point.
We will also use your contact information when sending parcels or packages to you - the parcel company or Royal Mail will use this information to ensure your order is dealt with efficiently.
We will also from time to time send information on new products to you by postal service - this includes stamp album supplement order forms and new product brochures when available.
We use Paypal services for our online payment facility, we do not hold or store your card details, and would never pass on your details to a third party. Please visit www.paypal.com for information on this.
We also use HiPay which is another online secure payment service - again we do not see to store your card details.
